City Hall Harbour with 6 Boats The southeast side of Kingstons city hall faces Lake Ontario. A beautiful open park, Centennial Park, leads down to the yachting harbour. Wandering around there you can enjoy the sight of many boats and the front faade of city hall. It is another wonderful place to sketch from.
